Guest Ratings & Reviews
I loved my stay at this hotel! The room was lovely and so comfortable, and I enjoyed the free beer and water provided. The hotel was clean with a good breakfast spread at an acceptable price, and it was incredibly quiet with very good sound isolation. However, the staff behaved like it was a nuisance when we wanted to leave our luggage after checkout. Overall, a great experience with a few minor drawbacks.
Although facing a noisy main road and a construction site nearby, the hotel is ideal for couples and single travelers. The rooms had some cleanliness issues like a spider net on the roof and unclean spots at the sink. The service was fantastic, aiming to provide an excellent affordable stay near Alexanderplatz. The location is quiet yet central, allowing easy exploration without needing public transportation. Dining options were good, with surrounding nice restaurants. The hotel provides friendly service and is right next to an underground stop.
The hotel's location is superb, right across from the Markisches Museum U Bahn station making it convenient for exploration. The service was very helpful, and the staff were friendly and attentive. However, the rooms are outdated in terms of design, and you may need to use the metro to get around easily.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family with a small kitchen separating them. Access to kitchenette facilities made our stay incredibly convenient. The service was top-notch, and the team was friendly and always ready to help. The location in Mitte in the museum District was ideal, with a U-Bahn station just across the road. However, the dining experience was underwhelming with limited variety and a broken chinaware issue. Overall, a great stay with some minor issues to consider.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit small and dark, and the noise from the main road and adjacent construction site made it hard to keep the windows open. On the bright side, the service was exceptional with helpful staff and convenient amenities. The location was central but noisy, and the dining options were limited. Overall, a mixed experience.
